Hosting

This website is self-hosted on private infrastructure in Germany. When accessing the pages, server log files may be automatically collected (IP address, timestamp, browser type, referring URL). The processing is carried out to ensure operation based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No data is transferred to external hosting providers.

Discord Status (Lanyard)

This website displays my current Discord online status via the Lanyard API (api.lanyard.rest). The initial status is fetched server-side at page load — your IP address is not transmitted to Lanyard for this request. For real-time status updates, your browser establishes a WebSocket connection to api.lanyard.rest. This connection transmits your IP address to Lanyard's servers solely for the purpose of delivering live status data. No personal data beyond the connection IP is stored by Lanyard; no cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying current availability).

Contact

When you contact me via email or through the contact form, the information from your inquiry, including the contact details provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).

Contact Form

The contact form on this website is self-hosted. Form submissions are processed exclusively on the server running this website and transmitted via email to the operator. No data is shared with third-party form providers. The data you enter (name, email address, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to contact requests).

Storage Duration

Inquiries will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected, but no later than 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
